Package Material
For now,the mature workers be almost 98% among all the workers.they have at least 2 years package experience.and every new staff will have a one month training ,3 months internship,the regular assessment and testing will along the whole time. Packing Details
Every man will working with gloves ,avoid the fingerprint or sweat stain dirty your products.every step when Packing will under the safe yellow line,parts sitting there one by one,after they were packing well,they will be put into the warehouse by fork truck and waiting to loading into container.

LOADING & DELIVERY
We will calculate the packing quantity before we do the loading, and use fork truck to cooperate with package team.we will do the best to protect your products away from damage.Trailers Team who had cooperated with us more than 8 years will send your products carefully.
Quality Control
Quality nspection:
Since company established, we always insist on making furniture with superior quality. From raw material treatment to loading, products have to go through 4 steps of strict quality checks.

Step 1 Preassembling before painting:
In the sheet metal workshop, when sheet metal part is finished, QC department will assemble the metal parts and check size, edge,welding point,bending,integral assembly effect etc.

Step 2 Powder coating test:
After panting,the painting group will check powder uniformity, surface flatness ,chromatic aberration etc. Unqualified parts will not have a chance to go to the next stage.

Step 3 Assembling before packing:
After painting but before packing, QC department will assemble all the parts again to do the comprehensive inspection, including structure, size, accessories, color etc.

Step 4 Spot check in warehouse:
Before loading, QC department will do the random inspection for the products in the warehouse, ensure the quality again before products leave factory.
